She holds a Masters in Counselling and Guidance from National Institute of Education - Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; Mindfulness Trainings from Singapore Management University & Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, UK and a UNESCO –CID Expressive Arts Based Therapist Certification from Dept of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences Fortis Healthcare, India
She believes “Wellness is a state of complete harmony of the mind, body and spirit.” She assists her clients through person – centred approach, Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy, Expressive Arts based Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
In her journey as a mental health and wellbeing specialist, Shruti continues to work with individuals ,schools, charities and private organizations in Singapore, India and Dubai. Some of her key associations in her journey so have been with Ministry of Education, Singapore; Health Promotion Board, Singapore; Kunskapsskolan, India; Pelago, Singapore; Singapore Polytechnic. At present she is one of the key associate therapist(EAP) at SpringHealth,USA servicing their Singapore corporate clients.
